How do I Reserve or Rent Town Facilities & Property?

To request the use of a Town of Plum Lake Property or Facilitiy please complete a request form and submit a printed copy along with any associated fees to the Town Office at PO Box 280 Sayner, WI 54560 or drop it off at the Town Hall located at 8755 Lake Street, Sayner during business hours.

Post Event Clean Up Checklist:  For all Town Properties.

Event Permit Application: Use this application for a large event such as a festival, community event, or fundraiser. This application is used for events such as a Street Fair, parade, 5-10K race, bike rally, etc. If the Recreation Building and/or Town Hall are needed as well, complete the Use of the Town of Plum Lake Property - Recreation Building or Town Hall Application as well.

Use of the Town of Plum Lake Property - Recreation Building or Town Hall Application: Use this application to Rent/Reserve the Recreation Building or Town Hall for personal use such as an wedding, anniversary, or birthday.

Use of Town of Plum Lake Pavilions - Chalet Application: Use this application to Rent/Reserve any of the following:  Razorback Ridges Chalet, Star Lake Park Pavillion, Sayner School House Park Pavilion, the Recreation Ball Park Pavilion (Not Recreation Building).

Use of Town of Plum Lake Property (Chairs/Tables/etc.) Application: Use this application to Rent/Reserve property belonging to the Town of Plum Lake.

You may also call the Town Office at (715) 542-4531 to request the use of a town building for shorter term use. (i.e. Club  or Committee meetings)
